The 12R20 is a figure 8 pattern, passive ribbon microphone featuring a 1 inch, 1.8μm aluminum ribbon and Geistnote transformer. The Ribbon motor was specifically designed and 3D printed to fit inside an authentic 20mm cannon cartridge and is assembled and tuned in house.
Each 12R20 (or pair) comes in it's own wooden box.
Due to the time involved in creating the 12R20 they will only be available in periodic short runs of a dozen or so microphones. There is no pre-order or wait list, an announcement will be made via social media as they become available and they will be sold first come, first serve.
