The RED12 is an omni directional, small diaphragm electret condenser microphone that is perfect for most professional, semi-professional, and home-recording applications. It has gained popularity as a room mic, as well as a "drum heart" residing just above the bass drum. Despite its omni pattern, it also shines as a close mic on all acoustic instruments when a roomier sound is desired.

-Clips are not supplied with your purchase. Most 20mm pencil-condenser clips fit as well as the "Universal" spring-loaded style.
